Muneera Beauty Center ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This section explains what information we collect when you use this website and why.

What we collect

When you book an appointment: your name, phone number, email address, and the service/date/time you request.
When you use the virtual hair colour try-on: your photo is processed entirely in your own browser and is never uploaded to our servers or stored anywhere.

How we use it

To confirm, manage, and remind you about your appointment.
To contact you about your booking if needed (e.g. a scheduling change).
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Where it's stored

Booking details are stored securely with Supabase, our database provider. Booking confirmations are sent by email using standard email delivery — no payment information is collected on this website.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — just contact us using the details on our Visit page.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & rescheduling

Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice: no problem, just contact us and we'll find a new time.
No-shows or late cancellations may affect priority booking for future appointments.
